What income requirements do you have for applicants?
Applicants must earn at least three times the monthly rent in gross income.
What is your Application Fee?
$50 per applicant age 18 or older.
What is your Administrative Fee?
$210 per unit.
Do you require a security deposit, and if so, how much?
Yes. Security deposits start at $300 with approved credit. Based on the credit application, the maximum security deposit may be up to 1.5 times the monthly rent.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes, co-signers and guarantors are accepted.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
Subletting and lease transfers are not currently permitted.
Do you require Renters Insurance? If so, up to what amount do you require coverage for?
Yes. Residents are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
A $50 late fee is charged on the 2nd of the month, plus an additional $15 per day thereafter until paid.
What forms of payment do you accept for rent?
Online payments through the Resident Portal, cashier's checks, and money orders are accepted.
What utilities are required in the rent?
Residents are responsible for all utilities.
What appliances are included in the apartment?
Refrigerator, stove, and oven.
Are washers and dryers included, or is there a laundry facility?
Select apartment homes include a washer and dryer.
What amenities are available for residents?
Swimming pool, fitness center, dog park, and on-site laundry facilities.
Is parking available, and is there a monthly fee?
Yes. Covered and uncovered parking are available. Covered parking is available for $25 per month.
Do you have EV charging stations? If so, what is the policy for use?
EV charging stations are not currently available at the community.
Do you have a dog park or pet stations?
Yes. The community features an on-site dog park.
Do you have package lockers or package delivery services?
Package lockers are not currently available.
Do you have on-site maintenance, and how do I request a service?
Yes. On-site maintenance is available. Service requests may be submitted through the resident portal.
Are there any community events for residents?
Yes. The community hosts resident events throughout the year. Please contact the leasing office for information about upcoming events.
